Happy 10th Birthday Jax!

 For Jax;s birthday he wanted to go hunting so he got to skip school (his brothers too) and Dave took them up to the mountains to hunt turkey.

 I got this picture sent to me early that morning.  They didn't find any turkeys to shoot but they did see 4 bears and that was a huge highlight for all of them. 

  They came home from hunting and I took all of them to the movie Avengers: End Game. Jax had already seen it but he has been wanting me to watch it with him so I took him.  Then we came home and had cake with Papa and DiDi.

 The next day after baseball we had all the Pemberton family over for a little party to celebrate Jax.

Happy 8th Birthday Case

 Case turns 8! I got the annual photo of Papa and Case celebrating their birthday's together. They will forever be birthday buddies.

 Case started the morning with bread dough pudding and presents.

 That night we went to Bright's for birthday treats with all the grandparents.

 He had a baseball game that night so we grabbed Subway and met at the field to watch him play. 

 The weekend before Poppee and Memah came to watch the boys play but Case's game was cancelled so they came back on his birthday.  Katie and the kids came too.

 A few days after his birthday he had a couple friends over for a small party.  They had a great time playing football, wiffle ball, bike riding and ziplining.  Such fun boys!

 As usual little sister just jumped right in and played with all the boys.

Colbi's last day of Preschool

 Colbi finished preschool today. Her last day at Betty's and our very last day of preschool in the Pemberton house. Very bittersweet for me especially. I don't know where the last 5.5 years went but its over and it really feels like a new season is beginning.

 Colbi and her best friend Lennon. Colbi was so lucky this year to get to stay with my best friend Audra and her girls while I worked everyday.  She got to go with Lennon to preschool 3 days a week and hang out at Lennon's house on the days they didn't have school.  She asks me every weekend how many more days until she goes back to Lennon's.

Next up kindergarten at Berney in the fall with Jax and Case! But first the boys are going to finish up school and I am going to finish up teaching and then we are going to enjoy every single bit of summer!!

Care's 1st Bloomsday

 My friend Megan asked if I wanted to run Bloomsday with her this year and once I realized Dave was off work and we had a relatively low key weekend (I did miss a couple baseball games) I said yes and we had the best time. We left Saturday, ate good food, laughed a lot, went to bed early and ran hard on Sunday. It was a great weekend to get away, be with friends and relax.

Already looking forward to running again next year!
