....and we are LOVING it! We have had a great fall so far, the weather has been fantastic which has allowed us to be outside a lot riding bikes, playing in the yard and doing fun activities in the outdoors.
Case and Jax sharing the plasma car, I think we go outside pretty much every morning and ride bikes after Colt leaves for school. I drink my coffee and hold Colbi while the boys ride around our culdesac yelling and probably waking up all our neighbors.
DiDi had a birthday this month so we surprised her with lunch and treats in her classroom.
Colt finished up his 2nd year of soccer, he loved playing and is already asking how many more "sleeps" till soccer starts again.
Everyone wants to hold the baby.
If Colbi is laying anywhere Jax finds the opportunity to sit by her. It is hilarious how much he wants to be next to her, hold her and kiss her all day long. He is so gentle and loving towards her.
Watching cartoons one afternoon, I thought Colbi might get uncomfortable but they stayed like that for over 30 minutes.
The Little Brother with his little sister. She tolerates him now but eventually she will fight back.
We of course had to spend some time at Klickers pumpkin patch.
The park on a perfect fall evening.
Where does the time go and when did I become a mom to all 4 of these kids?
Seems like just yesterday Dave and I were getting married. The days may seem long but the years are flying by, I have so many dreams and desires for my children but do not even feel adequately prepared to raise them and care for them like I should. It is so overwhelming some days and I just pray that I will have the energy and time to spend with each of them as they grow up.
Fix these words of mine in your hearts and minds; tie them as symbols on your hands and bind them on your foreheads. Teach them to your children, talking about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up. Write them on the door frames of your houses and on your gates, so that your days and the days of your children may be many in the land the Lord swore to give your ancestors, as many as the days that the heavens are above the earth. - Deuteronomy 11:18-21
